Step 1
Add the cream cheese to a bowl and beat using a hand mixer until softened. Add the cocoa powder, powdered allulose, and ¼ cup of heavy cream and beat on low speed until incorporated. Set the bowl aside.

Add the remaining heavy cream to another bowl. Beat using a hand mixer until it reaches stiff peaks. Transfer the heavy cream to the bowl with the chocolate cream cheese mixture and fold gently until well incorporated.

Roughly chop the pecans, marshmallows, and chocolate bar. Reserve one tablespoon of each, and then add the rest to the mixture. Fold using a spatula, then pour the mixture into a container or loaf pan.

Sprinkle the reserved add-ins on top. Wrap using cling film and transfer to the freezer. Let it firm up for at least 3-4 hours.
