Cut the broccoli into bite sized chunks, dice the pepper into thick strips and quarter the radishes. Add to an oven proof dish.

Drizzle over the olive oil and sprinkle over the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Use your hands to rub the seasonings all over the vegetables.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven to bake for 20-22 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.
Step 5
Sprinkle over the cheese and toss to combine, serve warm.
