Finely dice the radishes, onion, chili and cucumber. Scoop the pulp from the tomato and finely dice the flesh. Add all to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
Step 2
Roughly chop the cilantro and add to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the lime juice and olive oil. Stir well to combine and serve.
