How to Make It
Step 1
Roughly dice the radishes and add to a food processor along with the garlic clove. Pulse well to combine.
Step 2
Add the cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper and blend again until well combined and semi smooth.
Step 3
Transfer to a serving bowl. Finely slice the chives and add to the bowl and stir through. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
