Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Clean each mushroom and slice in half.
Cut each piece of prosciutto in half and wrap a half tightly around each piece of mushroom. Skewer each with a toothpick to secure.
Arrange across a shallow oven tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the mushroom is tender and the prosciutto is crisp and golden.
