How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Add the green beans to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain completely.

Step 3

Divide the green beans into four bundles of six beans and wrap each tightly with a strip of prosciutto.

Step 4

Arrange the bundles across the lined oven tray and season with black pepper. Mince the garlic and scatter over the parcels along with the lemon zest. Drizzle with the olive oil.

Step 5
