Create the first layer of prosciutto by laying them across a flat surface, slightly overlapping each other. Lay 4-6 pieces of capicola across the prosciutto.
Step 2
Spread the cream cheese across one side of the capicola (you can soften it first) as pictured. Layer the arugula and banana peppers across the cream cheese as well.
Step 3
Starting from the side with the filling, gently roll the prosciutto and capicola into a tight roll. Slice 6 pinwheels from the roll. Enjoy!
