Finely chop the shallot and crush the garlic. Add the ground pork to a mixing bowl. Add the shallot, garlic, paprika, lemon zest, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Finely chop the chorizo. Roughly chop the fresh parsley. Add the chorizo and parsley to the bowl with the other ingredients. Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Divide the mixture into 4 even-sized portions and shape into patties with your hands. Arrange the burger patties across a shallow oven tray.
Step 4
Transfer the burgers to the oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown all over. Serve with your preferred Keto sides.
