How to Make It
Step 1
Roughly dice the tomatoes and onion and add to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
De-seed and finely chop the chilli and roughly chop the cilantro. Add to the bowl with the tomato and onion.
Step 3
Season and drizzle over the lime juice and olive oil. Toss well to combine.
Ingredients
Tomato Raw (includes Cherry, Grape, Roma) – 2 medium – 2 3/5″ diameter
Lime Juice, Fresh – 2 teaspoon
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
Red Onion – ½ small
Cilantro – ½ cup, chopped
Hot Chili Peppers, Red, Raw – ¼ each – approx 4″ – 6″ long
