These are super simple and delicious! I love how the peanut butter blends with the cream cheese to make an indulgent treat! You can use them in replacement for a fat bomb even! Look for a peanut butter powder with no sugar added.
How to Make It
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered peanut butter, and sweetener.
Step 2
Combine with a hand mixer until smooth, creamy and fluffy. Chill until firm at least an hour.
Step 3
Scoop mixture out into mounds and roll them into balls.
Step 4
Place one dark chocolate sugar-free chip on top of each. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
