Combine the granulated erythritol and melted coconut oil in a bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk together until combined.

Add in the almond flour, cocoa powder, and kosher salt. Switch to a rubber spatula and mix until combined.

Line an 8”x 8” pan with parchment paper and allow some overhang to help remove the brownies post bake. Place the brownie dough into the lined pan and press smooth.
Step 4
Bake 350 F 13-14 minutes and do not overbake! You may need less time depending on your oven. Look for set brownies that are still soft to the touch.
Step 5
They will continue to cook as they cool. Once cool enough to handle, slice the brownies into 16 squares and dust with powdered erythritol.
