How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking. Press one slice of turkey ham into each muffin cup, forming it into a cup shape to create the quiche crust.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Whisk well to combine.
Step 3
Finely chop the onions and pepper. Divide the beaten eggs between the six cups and top with onions, peppers, and shredded parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
When done, remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to serving plates and serve immediately. Enjoy!
