These smokey roasted radishes are baked in a paprika and garlic oil until golden and tender.These make for a great alternative to roasted potatoes and are perfect served with roasted chicken, avocado and a spoonful of sour cream!
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Add the olive oil to a small mixing bowl. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl along with the rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Slice the tops off the radishes and slice each radish in half. Add to a mixing bowl.
Step 4
Drizzle the oil mixture over the radishes and stir well, coating the vegetables in the seasonings.
Step 5
Arrange the radishes across a shallow oven tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden and tender.
