They are soft, cheesy, and worth every calorie. You can indulge in these Keto-friendly cheese puffs as a snack or a side dish to your main meal.

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the mozzarella cheese to a bowl. Heat it in the microwave in 20-second intervals. Whisk to make sure that all the cheese has melted.

Step 2

To a large bowl, add the eggs and whisk them. Quickly add the melted mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and crumbled blue cheese. Combine all the ingredients using a spatula.

Step 3

Shape the dough into a rough ball, and smoothe it with the back of a spatula. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Transfer the dough to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Step 4

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
