How to Make It
Step 1
Slice the radishes in half discarding the tops and tips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the radishes. Pan fry for 2-3 minutes to soften a little. Thinly slice the garlic and finely dice the onion. Add to the pan with the radishes and cook for 4-5 minutes more or until the radishes are tender and softened.
Step 2
Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted. Then add the cream, parmesan, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Simmer for a minute or so until piping hot through and the sauce has thickened.
