Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Slice the tops from the radishes and discard. Quarter the radishes. Add the radishes to the skillet and pan-fry for 5 minutes to soften.

Finely dice the onion and crush the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet. Pan-fry with the radishes for a few minutes until tender and fragrant.
Step 3
Roughly chop/dice the bacon. Move the radishes to one side of the skillet. Add the chopped bacon. Cook the bacon until browned, then mix into the radishes. Pan-fry for a few minutes more or until the bacon is golden and the radishes begin to caramelize a little at the edges. Serve hot.
