How to Make It
Step 1
In a small saucepan, add almond milk and orange juice. Stir well. The mixture should be fully combined.
Step 2
Heat on the stovetop, over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in the dark chocolate, unsweetened cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Gently simmer until the chocolate has completely melted. Stir occasionally.
Step 3
Pour the hot chocolate into serving cups. Garnish with sliced orange and dried orange peel. Serve immediately as a wonderful afternoon treat.
