How to Make It

Step 1

Begin by placing one egg into the bottom of a blender cup. Add in the apple cider vinegar and salt. Blend for 20 seconds.

Step 2

Then add in the oil drop by drop until the mixture starts to become thick. Once the mixture becomes thick, you can begin adding the oil in quicker.

Step 3

Once all the oil has been added, the mayo will be very thick.

Step 4

Add in the lemon juice and stir well. Add more salt and lemon juice, if desired.

  • Raw egg – 1 large
  • Apple cider vinegar – 0.5 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 1 cup
  • Salt, sea salt – 0.25 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 2.5 tbsp
