How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 F. In a food processor add in the coconut flakes, walnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, pecans, ground flax, Pyure, coconut oil, dark chocolate, eggs, salt, cinnamon and black pepper.

Step 2

Blitz together until well blended.

Step 3

Spray an 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly into pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and firm.

Step 4

Cut into 16 even squares.

  • Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Flakes by Let’s Do Organic – 1 cup
  • Walnuts – ½ cup, shelled
  • Slivered Almonds by Fisher – ½ cup
  • Sesame Seeds – ¼ cup
  • Pecans – ½ cup, halves
  • Ground Flax Seed by Badia – 2 tbsp
  • Organic Stevia Blend by Pyure – ⅓ cup
  • Coconut Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • 85% Extra Dark Chocolate by Lindt – 2 squares
  • Egg – 2 large
  • Kosher Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ tsp
