Finely chop the parsley and chives and add them to a bowl. Mix until combined, then transfer 1 tbsp to a plate. To the large bowl with the herbs, add the cream cheese.

Mince the garlic and add it to the cream cheese and herbs. Add lemon zest, crushed red pepper, and salt and mix. Transfer the cream cheese to the center of a large piece of cling film and roughly form it into a ball.

Pull the sides of the cling film to the center and twist, forming a cheeseball. Roll on a surface to make a proper ball. Transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
Step 4
Add the crushed walnuts to the plate with the herbs. Mix to incorporate. Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it into the walnut and herb mixture.
Step 5
Transfer the cheeseball to a serving platter. Serve with Keto crackers and veggies.
