Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Divide the dough into 8 even portions and roll into individual balls.

Press the center of each ball with your thumb to create a deep indentation. Tear the mozzarella into bite sized chunks and divide evenly between the center of each of the dough balls. Roughly a teaspoon of mozzarella in each.
Step 4
Fold the dough up around the mozzarella and roll back into a ball shape, securing the mozzarella in the center.
Step 5
Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes until golden brown all over and the cheese has melted.
