How to Make It

Step 1

Slice each sundried tomato in half and dice the mozzarella and bell pepper into 8 even chunks. Thread a piece of tomato, olive, mozzarella and pepper onto a toothpick then repeat with 7 more toothpicks.

Step 2

Add the mayonnaise to a small mixing bowl with the lemon juice and roughly chop the basil. Mix all together to combine. Serve the lemon basil mayo with the skewers for dipping.
