Finely slice and then dice a fresh ball of mozzarella. The smaller you dice the mozzarella, the more enjoyable it will be to use as a bruschetta.

In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients with the mozzarella. You can serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate overnight for the flavors to marinate with the mozzarella.
