This mocha inspired chia pudding is rich with coffee, chocolate and whipped cream – perfect for a decadent breakfast or post dinner treat! Ideal for making in bulk to provide multiple desserts throughout the week!
How to Make It
Step 1
Add the coffee to a mixing bowl along with the cocoa powder. Mix together to dissolve the cocoa.
Step 2
Add the milk and syrup and stir well to combine.
Step 3
Add the chia seeds and mix well. Leave to stand for twenty minutes then stir well again.
Step 4
Transfer the chia pudding to individual serving glasses or jars, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours, ideally overnight.
Step 5
Top each pudding with half of the whipped cream to serve.
