Preheat the oven to 275 degrees and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Add the cocoa powder to a food processor along with the erythritol and coffee. Blend to combine creating a fine powder.

Add the almonds to a bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add to the bowl along with syrup and powdered flavorings. Stir well, coating the almonds in the seasonings.
Step 4
Arrange the almonds in an even layer across a shallow lined oven tray and bake for 20- 25 minutes or until golden and slightly caramelized, turning halfway through. Set aside to cool completely, breaking apart any clumps of caramelized nuts.
