Stack all of the cheese slices (there should be about 11 squares). Cut the squares into four triangles by making a diagonal cut in both directions. Line a large dinner plate with parchment paper. Then place four squares of cheese spread out as much as possible.
Step 2
Microwave on high for 1 ½ minute until the cheese is crisp and airy. It will bubble a lot and evaporate water in the microwave.
Step 3
After they are microwaved, they should easily be removed from the parchment paper. Remove the cheese chips to a plate lined with paper towels and allow them to cool to crisp. Repeat with the remaining cheese triangles. The plate will get hot after each additional microwave heating so be careful to use a potholder. Chips will store at room temperature in an airtight container.
