Slice the ends off the zucchini and place it on your spiralizer. Turn the spiralizer and create zucchini noodles. Repeat until you have used all the zucchini. You can use store-bought zoodles if available.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

When done, remove from the heat. Drain the liquid from the pan and remove the noodles. Set them aside.

Finely chop the parsley. Thinly slice the chili pepper. Add the olive oil and butter to the pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add the shrimps, tomato sauce, pepper, dried rosemary, and parsley. Stir well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the zucchini noodles to serving plates. Top with the prepared shrimps and serve with shredded parmesan. Optionally, garnish with some fresh parsley or add some olive oil before serving.
