Wash the celery, cucumber, and green apple and chop them roughly. Add them to your blender. Add the matcha powder and water.
Blend until smooth. Line a fine strainer with a clean cloth and place it over a bowl or jug. Pour the mixture into the cloth.
Let it strain for a couple of minutes. Squeeze the cloth to extract the remaining liquid from the pulp. Remove the strainer and discard the pulp.
Pour the juice into a glass. Serve immediately!
