Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a shallow oven tray with baking paper. Slice the tops from the radishes and discard. Cut each bacon strip in half lengthwise. Wrap a half strip of bacon tightly and securely around each radish.

Add the maple-flavored syrup to a small bowl. Use a pastry brush to brush each bacon-wrapped radish with the syrup. Make sure each radish is liberally coated all over.

Arrange the radishes across the prepared oven tray. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. The radishes should be tender, the bacon should be cooked through, crisp, golden and caramelized. Serve with your preferred Keto sides.
