Beef gets all of the love when it comes to burgers, but it’s time for lamb’s time to shine in this dish! This ground lamb is combined with fresh herbs and spices before getting a nice crust from pan-searing. Wrap the lamb burgers in your favorite type of lettuce, top with a yogurt sauce and dig in! Ro

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and dill, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Step 2

Add the ground lamb and mix well with your hands. Form into 4 patties, flatten and press a small indent in the center of each patty.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties to the pan.

Step 4

Allow to sear for 1 minute, then flip and cook for another minute. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until patties reach desired doneness. Remove the pan from the oven and set aside.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and another tablespoon of chopped dill.

Step 6

Assemble the bowls by wrapping them in a one large outer or two small inner lettuce leaves and tucking a few slices of cucumber. Top with a dollop of the yogurt and garnish with a handful of arugula or slice of tomato. Enjoy right away!

  • Spices Cumin Seed – ¼ tsp
  • Spices Coriander Seed – ¼ tsp
  • Spices Onion Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Black Pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt – 3 ounce
  • Romaine Lettuce – 8 leaf, inner
  • Cucumber – ½ cup, sliced
