Thinly slice the cabbage, onion and garlic. Melt the ghee in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. Sweat gently for a few minutes until tender and fragrant.

Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet along with the salt and pepper. Stir well. Continue to pan-fry gently for 8-10 minutes. The cabbage should become soft and tender.

Drizzle the lemon juice over the tender cabbage. Stir well. Serve hot with your preferred Keto mains.
