Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes to soften a little.

Thinly slice the garlic and add to the skillet along with the lemon juice, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook gently for 2-3 minutes more or until the mushrooms are soft and golden and the garlic is tender.
