How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Add the ground lamb to a large mixing bowl. Finely chop the cilantro, mint and olives and mince the garlic. Add to the mixing bowl with the lamb along with the feta, cumin, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.

Step 4

Divide the mixture evenly into four portions and shape into burger patties with your hands – about ½ an inch thick.

Step 5

Arrange the patties on a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through. Turn the burgers halfway through baking.

Step 6

Serve with salad or cauli rice.

  • Ground Lamb – 1 pound
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Peppermint Fresh Mint – 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro – 1 tablespoon
  • Feta Cheese – ⅓ cup, crumbled
  • Kalamata Olives – 1-¼ cup
  • Ground Cumin by Tone’s – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ tsp
