Combine heavy cream, stevia drops, cocoa powder, raw coffee grounds, and vanilla extract in a small pot on the stove. Stir and heat the ingredients over low heat until the cream is hot and you can break the cocoa powder and coffee up into the liquid. Don’t let the cream reach boiling, since you’re most likely working with a small amount of Irish cream.

After the cream is heated, remove it from the stove and pour a whiskey of your choice into the cream. Stir the ingredients together and set them aside to cool. Meanwhile, brew an 8 fl oz cup of coffee (or any amount of coffee you want to drink).
Step 3
Pour the warm Irish cream into your coffee, and stir everything together once more. At this point, you can add other ingredients to your coffee that you enjoy like non-dairy milk, more cream, or even a pat of butter to make your drink more ‘Keto’. At your discretion, include more liquid stevia or another favorite Keto sweetener to sweeten the coffee.
