Set a rack in the middle of a 6-quart Instant Pot bowl. Add in the 2 cups of water. Gently place the eggs on top of the rack. Set the Instant Pot on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Place the eggs into an ice bath with plenty of ice and very cold water. Using the ice bath will shock the eggs and prevent further cooking. It will also help the shells peel a lot easier.
Step 3
Crack the eggs on the larger end and peel the egg under a thin stream of cool running water. Place in a clean container and enjoy! You can also leave cooked hard-boiled eggs in their shells and peel them right before serving.
Step 4
Enjoy your delicious hard-boiled eggs as a snack or meal replacement. They will last in a fridge for up to one week. Be sure to use good quality eggs (pasture-raised and organic for the most nutrition!).
