These Keto Indian kebabs are basted with a curry spiced marinade then oven baked until tender and golden. These make a great lunch or dinner option. Perfect served with one of our Indian inspired side dishes.

How to Make It

Step 1

Take four wooden kebab skewers and cover them with water. Leave them to soak whilst you prepare the lamb. Add the diced lamb to a mixing bowl. Add the tomato sauce, yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro into the bowl. Give everything a really good mix to ensure the lamb is completely coated in the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the prepared kebab skewers and thread the marinated lamb pieces onto the skewers. Be sure to divide the meat evenly between each.

Step 3

Arrange the skewers across a shallow oven tray. Transfer the skewers to the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes. The lamb should be cooked through and golden brown all over. Serve with your choice of Keto Indian sides.
