Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Lay slices of turkey on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Layer ½ oz thin-sliced cheese on each turkey slice. Follow up with ½-oz slices of avocado per portion as well.

Bake the turkey slices open-faced for just 5 minutes.

When done, arrange the arugula across the turkey slices. Then, fold the slices in half like a taco and secure with toothpicks.
