Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut them into quarters. Thinly slice the cabbage on a mandolin. Place it into a bowl.

To the same bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Toss and taste adjusting any seasonings to your liking. Serve immediately or allow to chill for a couple of hours before serving.
