Gather all the ingredients you will need for the snack box. This includes the pepperoni-wrapped mozzarella sticks, the mozzarella balls, as well as the green olives. The olives we have used here still contain the pits, so keep this in mind if you are weighing your ingredients but using pitted green olives.
Step 2
Unwrap the salami-wrapped mozzarella sticks. You can find these at many grocery stores. If not, you can fill the snack box with two mozzarella sticks and two pieces of sliced pepperoni. Place the mozzarella balls right next to the pepperoni-wrapped mozzarella sticks. Place the olives next to the mozzarella balls.
Step 3
Keep the snack box stored in the fridge until ready to serve. You can make as many of these snack boxes as you want (as long as you can consume them within a week) for meal prep purposes!
