Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Quarter whole cremini mushroom heads and toss them in a mixing bowl. Melt the butter in a microwave and whisk it into the harissa before pouring it over the mushrooms. Toss the mushroom in the butter-harissa sauce until coated.

Pour the coated mushrooms in a small baking dish and top with slices of mozzarella. Bake for 10-12 minutes uncovered. If cooked too long, the mushrooms will release too much liquid, so keep the mushrooms at an al dente texture.
