Preheat an oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, toss whole chicken wings (2 per serving) with the salt, pepper, and turmeric. Make sure the seasonings stick to the chicken skins.
Step 2
Toss the wings again in the bowl with the harissa. Use a large wooden spoon to make sure all the skin on the wings has harissa on it. Arrange the wings on a seasoned sheed tray or a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake the tray for 30 minutes straight, no turning required.
