Slice each green olive into 4 round slices. Cut the black olives into small squares. It is easier to use pitted green and black olives.
Lay the mozzarella balls on a plate or cutting board. Add ½ tsp of tomato sauce to each ball. Top with the green olive slices.
Add a piece of black olive in the center of each green olive. Transfer them to a serving plate. Transfer them to the fridge until it’s time to serve.
