Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a shallow oven tray.

Slice the halloumi into 8 even sized strips.
Step 3
Mix together the dried oregano, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the halloumi slices and use your hands to rub the seasonings all over the cheese strips.
Step 4
Wrap each seasoned halloumi strip tightly with a slice of bacon.
Step 5
Arrange the bacon wrapped halloumi in a single layer across the greased oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and golden brown all over.
