Thin-slice green cabbage before dicing it and adding it to a large mixing bowl. Dice cucumber and green onion, and add these to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together, and leave them aside for later.

In a blender, add spinach, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, chopped chives, walnuts, and nutritional yeast. Blend the ingredients until smooth. You can add small amounts of water to the green goddess sauce to thin it out if you need to.

Pour the green goddess sauce into your mixing bowl of diced greens. Mix all the ingredients together until combined. Serve right away or marinate in your refrigerator for a more flavorful chilled snack.
