Wash the broccoli and chop it roughly into small pieces. Add the pieces to a food processor and pulse until the broccoli is slightly larger than rice. Transfer to a bowl.

Chop the kale and transfer it to a separate bowl. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and massage for 5 minutes until tender. Transfer to the same bowl with the broccoli.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley and onion and add them to the same bowl. Mix and set aside. Start making the dressing.
Step 4
Slice the avocado open and scoop out the flesh of one half into a blender. Add the garlic clove, lemon juice, greek yogurt, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Drizzle the sauce on top and toss. Garnish with hemp seeds and serve.
