These chips are super tasty and can be easily done in a low temperature oven. They are tossed in coconut oil and seasoned with garlic and onion powder. However, they literally can be seasoned with anything! They may not look the prettiest, but they are so tasty!! They’d make a great salad topper too.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 250 F degrees. Wash green beans and dry on a sheet tray lined baking sheet patting and rubbing them dry the rest of the way with an additional paper towel.
Step 2
Toss green beans in coconut oil, garlic powder, onion powder and kosher salt.
Step 3
Bake beans in 250 F oven for 2 hours. Then lower the temperature to 180 F and cook for an additional 3-4 hours until the beans are crispy.
