How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the goat cheese.
Step 2
Use your hands to form 12 meatballs about 1 ½ – 2 inches wide. Chop your goat cheese into 12 pieces.
Step 3
To stuff the meatballs, press each ball into a flat disk and place a piece of goat cheese into the center. Mold the meatball over the cheese to reshape it. Arrange the meatballs on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake the tray for approx. 32 minutes, no rotating required!
