Peel the ginger, juice the lemon, and wash the celery and parsley. Roughly chop the celery and ginger. Measure out the remaining ingredients and set them aside.

Add the chopped celery, ginger, and parsley leaves to your blender. Pour the water and secure the lid. Blend until smooth.

Line a fine strainer with a clean cloth and place it over a bowl or jug. Pour the mixture into the cloth. Let it strain for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Squeeze the cloth to extract the remaining liquid from the pulp. Remove the strainer and discard the pulp. To the strained juice, add the lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
Step 5
Pour the ginger juice into a glass. Garnish it with a lemon slice and a pinch of cayenne. Serve immediately!
