These simple but flavorful green beans are sautéed in garlicky butter with crunchy golden pine nuts.A great accompaniment to chicken or lamb dishes.
How to Make It
Step 1
Add the green beans to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain completely.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Thinly slice the garlic and add to the pan, sweating gently until tender. Add the green beans, season to taste and toss in the butter. Sauté for a minute or two.
Step 3
Add the pine nuts and cook for a further minute until golden.
