Add the butter and microwave for about 30 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl until just melted. Add the sweetener, baking powder, almond flour, a pinch of salt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine until a smooth batter forms.

Crush the frozen, dried fruits and add them to the top of the batter. Gently stir, then transfer the bowl to the microwave.
Step 3
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute until the cake has puffed considerably and is cooked through.
